1. Search language and keyboard

2. Click Edit Language and Keyboard options

3. Click Add a language

4. Search for Chinese (Simplified, China)

5. After done choosing language, click next then install

 

How to Activate Traditional Chinese

1. Select Options in the Chinese language you just installed

2. Click on the Microsoft Pinyin

3. Click on the Options

4. Click General

5. Click on character set

6. Use english punctuations when in Chinese input mode
