Situation:

Using WordPress Duplicator to transfer website with filenames that has unicode (chinese characters).

Transferred website failed to load numerous images that had chinese text (unicode) in file name.

See below screenshot top left for failed to load logo file, and error messages in the bottom. The % characters shows presence of unicode text.

Reason is because duplicator may have not been able to transfer files with unicode encoding. The fastest workaround is just to use FTP to download and upload those images, since it looks like the files are all in the same folder anyways.
