Woocommerce shipping options – when testing make sure cache is OFF! (enable debug mode)
When doing testing for woocommerce shipping function, ALWAYS enable debug mode (see below) to avoid caching issues. If you enable cache, it will eventually work but you cannot see the changes real time. Below is how to set it. Please have the checkbox CHECKED.
